1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Nave Marg Knowledge Zone ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

2Who We Are

Nave Marg Knowledge Zone is an educational platform operated in connection with an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-333080). The Platform provides structured video-based learning modules, chapter tests, and assessments for our clients, employees, and associates.

3Purpose of the Platform & No Investment Advice

Any investment-related decisions you make remain solely your own responsibility. For personalised investment advice, please consult us directly or a qualified financial advisor outside of this Platform.

4Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (name, email, mobile number, and other requested details).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per individual. Accounts are non-transferable.

5Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Share your login credentials or allow another person to complete modules or tests on your behalf;
• Copy, record, redistribute, or publicly share video content, test questions, or answer keys without our written permission;
• Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or manipulate test scoring, progress tracking, or certification logic;
• Use any automated tool (bot, scraper, script) to access or interact with the Platform;
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on another person's rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6Your Data & Privacy

We collect the information you provide at registration (such as name, email, mobile number, category, city, and pincode) along with your learning progress (module completion, test scores, and results) in order to operate the Platform — including account verification via OTP, sending you reminders (e.g. via WhatsApp), and tracking your course progress.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared internally within our organisation (e.g. relationship management for client servicing) and with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as SMS/WhatsApp gateway providers), solely for the purposes described here. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7Communications

By registering, you consent to receive account-related communications from us — including OTP verification codes, course reminders, and important updates — via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp, using the mobile number and email address you provide.

8Intellectual Property

All video content, test material, graphics, branding, and other content on the Platform are the property of Nave Marg Knowledge Zone or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access this content for your personal learning only and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

9Certificates & Test Results

Chapter test and final exam results reflect your performance within the Platform's assessment system. Any certificate or completion status issued through the Platform is for internal educational recognition only and does not constitute a professional, statutory, or regulatory qualification unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10Availability & Changes to the Platform

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform — including specific modules, features, or content — at any time, with or without notice.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nave Marg Knowledge Zone and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including any reliance placed on educational content for financial decisions, which remain your sole responsibility as noted in Section 3.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if these terms are violated, or if we discontinue the Platform. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our office is registered.
